As a clinical social worker, I aim to support your self-determination through empowerment and a strengths-based approach. I utilize motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I'm informed in Gottman interventions and 12 Step principles.
