I offer HOPE for the challenging seasons of life. I believe in healing with the whole body and am a somatic healing professional. We are living beings with nervous systems that sometimes feel stuck in different ways. Our nervous system can create physical and/or mental challenges for us in living a satisfying life. I utilize Transforming Touch, a somatic nervous system support and primitive reflex integration modality, to help people expand their resilience and to help reset their nervous system. I use an attachment lens and somatic approach to healing through the whole body as I fuse several theories (Client-Centered, IFS, and Polyvagal) to help you know and care for yourself and your parts deeply. I am a somatic healer who will guide you through returning to yourself in a safe, supported, embodied way.
As someone who has experienced deep grief and survived relational trauma, I offer empathy and compassion to clients experiencing many of life's challenges. I strive to create a safe, open, supportive, and judgement-free space where we can collaborate and you can feel open to reflect, explore, grow and heal. You have already conquered the first step.
