Life is not always easy. It may be a stressful time where changes are occurring. You may feel stuck, like every day is the same and you can’t bring yourself out of it. Although family and friends may be a wonderful support, sometimes you need someone who is there just for you, a non-judgmental person to help. Taking the first step is always the hardest.
