I have done my own work to heal so I'm here to help you grow and change on your journey through life! Sometimes people have challenges to begin with, like thinking differently, or a difficult family. We may have questions about whether we still fit into a social or religious group. We may wonder if we are neurodivergent. I have personal insight into working with people on the Autism Spectrum. I am trained in EMDR for trauma treatment, as well as Motivational Interviewing for addiction recovery, and I have years of experience with people who have addictions and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
I'm here to encourage change for people who want real help with moving forward in life. I am invested in helping autistic people, especially adults who suspect they are on the autism spectrum.
