As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in supporting those navigating marital and premarital challenges, trauma, and eating disorders. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, integrating evidence-based practices including IFS, Imago Dialogue, the Gottman Method, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. Within a multicultural, trauma-informed framework, I help clients build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
