Do you feel pulled in different directions as you navigate life? It can be difficult to navigate the journey without help. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is the first step in beginning your healing journey! I offer a unique and integrative approach to healing, while working with individuals and couples. I specialize in navigating the complexities of eating disorders, marriage/family conflict, trauma, infertility, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

I implement the Gottman Method, along with Imago dialogue, Co-regulation, and PARTS work to build trust and intimacy in couples counseling. I utilize various modalities including: ACT, Brainspotting, Narrative, and CBT when working with individuals. I am also EDIT trained (treatment of eating disorders). I truly believe therapy is not a one size fits all!
