I recognize the vulnerability and strength it takes to decide to start going to therapy and begin making changes. I'm here to help you navigate! I pride myself on my professionalism and experience, but most importantly I have been told over and over again that I am relatable, approachable, and non-judgmental. I tell my clients all the time: I am the expert in the field, but you are the expert on your own life.
I utilize strength-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with elements of a psychodynamic approach (touching on attachment, relationship, and behavior patterns through the lens of object relations theory). I maintain unconditional positive regard for my clients, and offer what I hope will become a safe space for people to talk about difficult things.
