I am Sandi and I have been a mental health counselor in private practice for 30 years. I have worked extensively with individuals dealing with trauma, abuse, A/D issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I spent several years working as a crisis counselor for the county mental health agency. I also ounseled adults in custody at the state prison in my area. I see each of my clients as individuals in need of someone to listen to them, and treat them with compassion and understanding so that they can learn to trust sharing the issues for which they are seeking counseling.

I provide grief counseling, therapy for those suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety, life changes, gender issues, and family issues. I also work with individuals who are trying to cope with ADHD and who are on the autistic spectrum.

I listen and offer positve regard and compassion to my clients. I genuinely care about the lives of my clients and want to see them be able to improve their quality of life. I am dedicated to helping each of them in their healing journey.
