I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Specialist with a master’s degree from the joint program at UNCG and A&T. My clinical background spans individual counseling, crisis centers, mobile crisis teams, and community mental health. I use cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical-behavioral, and internal family systems therapies to tailor my approach to each client’s needs, addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, gender identity/sexual orientation struggles, mood disorders, relationship issues, and addiction.
In therapy, I create a safe, supportive environment, working collaboratively to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate conflicts. My goal is to support your journey toward self-discovery and emotional balance, offering guidance and a trauma-informed space where you can feel, laugh, and cry.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about mindfulness and self-care. I enjoy family time, gym workouts, audiobooks, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends. These interests enrich my life and inform my practice, helping me provide a balanced and empathetic approach. I look forward to meeting you!
