Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in social services and advocacy assisting foster youth, refugees, immigrants, and other marginalized populations.
With a client-centered and collaborative approach, I additionally include techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
