Hi there, I'm Sandee! It's great to meet you! I’m dedicated to helping adults and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, relationship stress, and self-esteem issues. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. My passion lies in helping individuals strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, express emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.
My clients come from a variety of backgrounds with a wide range of needs and goals. What they have in common, though, is that they are ready to feel whole again, ready to feel empowered by their own narrative, and seeking empathetic and nonjudgmental guidance to experience a positive shift in their journey.
