Now accepting new clients. Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. It can be challenging to seek out and find the right therapist so I hope to make this experience as smooth as possible. If you are feeling stuck from the effects of anxiety, depression, trauma and other struggles big and small, I would love to work with you. I truly care about each of my clients and believe every person is inherently resilient and can flourish despite setbacks and challenges.
I specialize in working with women, children and teens. My approach and modalities depend upon the needs of each client and include EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, developmental theory and systems theory. When working with children, I use CBT, ACT and a playroom of curated items for play therapy.
I earned my bachelors from BYU and my masters from Purdue. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and we have 5 adult children. In my free time I enjoy yoga, hiking and spending time with my family and our dog, Beau. I love being a therapist in beautiful St. George, Utah.
