I have worked extensively with clients in the creative arts, professionals, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I am licensed in NY and VT, and have over 15 years of experience in the field.
I work from a psychodynamic and interpersonal perspective. In addition I have training in mindfulness practices, and trauma work. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is unique and sacred, and central to the work we will do together.
