I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. I consider therapy to be my life's work and find it an honor to be entrusted with being a vessel for others each day. I have vast experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I specialize in working with issues related to adoption, foster care, sexual abuse, complex trauma, PTSD, attachment, depression, anxiety as well as grief and loss. I am passionate and committed to my work with children, adolescents and their families.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 9 years. My background and experiences include work in the public school systems, child welfare systems (child protective services, adoptions, and foster care), private counseling center for adolescents and families, therapeutic recreational services, intensive in-home counseling, and an emergency diagnostic residential facility. I have experience working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, grief & loss, divorce, single parenting, job loss, family conflict, stress, domestic violence, substance abuse, and crisis situations. I have always had a keen interest in the human experience, which has been cultivated into a passion for helping individuals face the struggles inherent within their lives. MySpectrum is an outpatient therapy practice located at 707 North Courthouse Road in North Chesterfield, Virginia. We offer outpatient counseling and coaching to any person, on any spectrum. We focus on the Autism Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, Substance Use Spectrum, and the Whole Life Spectrum. Our philosophy is that any person, regardless of situation, should have access to skilled Therapists who will truly meet you where you are at in your journey. My extensive experience encompasses direct patient care across various age groups, from children to adults, in diverse settings including telehealth, community mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, adult day programs, hospice, and nursing homes.
