Parents school has started back up and you're feeling increasingly frustrated or helpless with your child’s behavior such as tantrums, anger control, anxiety, negative feedback from school/daycare, difficulties focusing, or struggles with self-esteem/self-confidence. My goal is to help your child improve in all these areas while also supporting you with real skills you can utilize at home. I also specialize in seeing couples and adults with concerns of anxiety, depression, life changes, PTSD and trauma. I am currently seeking certification in EMDR and use my training to assist clients struggling with PTSD and unresolved trauma.

I specialize in seeing individuals who are dealing with the following issues: depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorders, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse/trauma, career transitions, unplanned pregnancy, grief and loss, and behavioral problems. I have training in Biblical studies (a one year certificate in Bible and Ministry) which provides a foundation for Biblically-based counseling. I do treat clients who express a non-spiritual focus.

I focus primarily on helping children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self esteem. I hope to help your children and teens normalize the emotions they feel while also helping them learn coping strategies and alternative methods to overcoming difficulties.
