Hello! My name is Antoinette Martinez. I founded Nourish Play Therapy LLC in 2015 to give children, teens, and their families a safe place to move towards social and emotional health and wellness. I combine play therapy with art, mindfulness, EMDR Therapy, and SandPlay to help children understand their thoughts, feelings, impulses, and needs.
