With this focus, I seek to help individuals of all ages engage how this is at play in their individual lives. Although I am pre-licensed, I have over 10 years of experience in counseling, working with various populations and a large variety of issues. I love supporting families and children of all ages, and feel extremely passionate about helping them understand, build, and create healthy dynamics and support systems. I believe that working to find solutions now, will help to prevent future problems and will create the opportunity for happy, healthy lives. The suffering, the vulnerability, the anger and the fear are perfect opportunities to shine a light of awareness and begin healing. I offer a safe space for each awareness to unfold without judgement. My approach tends to be ecclectic and holistic, incorporating spiritual practices to raise your consciousness in order to create alignment with your heart, body, and soul so that healing may begin.

I serve individuals who have encountered trauma in their lives. They typically struggle with getting easily triggered and being in fight, flight or freeze mode a lot of the time. It often feels like anxiety so many of my clients come in saying they suffer with anxiety. Many of my clients also struggle with making decisions.

YOU are the expert of your own experience. I believe that all clients deserve to feel heard and supported, no matter what they are struggling with. While I specialize in trauma treatment, I find that the principles of trauma-informed care apply to most clients. I affirm clients of all religions, races, and sexual identities. Effective therapy is all about offering a safe space for clients to share, and then helping them push themselves to achieve the life they want. My clients are encouraged to consider their own goals and how to achieve them, emphasizing the client's strengths and self-determination.

VIRTUAL VISITS-Telehealth. We specialize in sessions via the internet on high encrypted, Hipaa Compliant systems (similar to FaceTime, Skype, etc.) It allows for same day sessions for clients who are not able to make it into one of our physical locations. Clients can use their phones, tablets, laptops, and PC's. We are a professional counseling firm with experienced counselors in Sexual Abuse, Relationship/Marital Counseling, Family Counseling, Codependency Counseling, Gender Identity, Incarceration/Probation Counseling, and specialize in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling for adults and teens, as well as Trauma and PTSD.

Clients who have wounds, especially interpersonal ones, find that they feel heard without judgement when working with me. I don't get embarrassed or surprised and I think clients find I am warm, genuine, open-minded and respectful. My experience is heavily focused on trauma, especially interpersonal; anxiety; and parenting challenges. Talking with people in counseling is a gift people share with me and I am honored when I can be a part of someone's "story." Hello! I am a graduate intern currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johnson University. I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2021 with a bachelor’s in Psychology. My desire to help and care for others has made me passionate about the therapeutic relationship and counseling profession. I typically see children ages 4-10, but also see clients ages 10 and older. I focus on phase of life issues, peer relationships, emotional regulation, stress management, and much more.
