My passion is to help others with their life stressors. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with children who have ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, and Depression. With adults, I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, disabilities, and life transitions.

I am a therapist who believes strongly that talk therapy sometimes just isn't enough. Sometimes when a person experiences difficulties in life, their defenses can often get in the way. This is especially true when you are a child, have experienced trauma, or struggle with Eating Disorders. Sandplay therapy and other approaches can help break-down those barriers and promote healing.

We are licensed clinical mental health professionals specializing in utilizing state-of-the-art assessment and therapy techniques to detect and treat learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and other emotional/personality issues which may hinder a child's functional experience. We use psychological/neuropsychological testing tools to pinpoint areas of concern.

As a child, adolescent and adult counselor, I am passionate about helping others through life's challenges. My goal is to provide a safe space to support growth, transparency, and change.
