I support adults in overcoming anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, career confusion, relationship difficulties, abandonment issues, self-esteem issues, OCD, suicidal thoughts, college adjustment, and life transitions. As a performing artist, I also enjoy supporting those who work in the creative and performing arts.
The counseling relationship is a sacred space--where sharing the painful and perplexing things of life is met with respect, care, and a sincere desire to partner together to find solutions.
