Divorce and family issues are hard to deal with, so I provide therapy to help through hard times. I work with parents and grandparents who are suffering due to alienation and post traumatic stress. I also assist in high-conflict divorce cases where parental alienation exists meeting with the children and adults involved. My experience includes educational counseling experience, as well as life experience. Helping parents and children get through many life changes such as divorce and re-adjustments can be assisted with therapy by giving them tools to cope.

Distressing or traumatic events can leave both children and adults with long lasting images of the worst possible parts of that experience. Our mind remembers how we felt and what we believe about ourselves as a result. Our bodies often store these memories in symptoms that linger long after the event. We want the distress to go away. We want the event to be just another memory with no power over us. We want to believe something better about ourselves and our world. We want to heal.

I am a holistic and integrative counselor who is passionate about healing from the inside out. I believe when we can turn towards our inner experience, we find there the capacity, courage, and wisdom to deeply heal. When we can heal the parts of us carrying burdens, limiting beliefs, and trauma energy, it gives us the ability to fully step into our authentic selves and who we are meant to be. Sometimes we can't do this on our own and need someone to guide us and be a witness to our experience. My goal is to come alongside others as they do the hard work of healing and being in this world.

Three Creeks Program offers traditional psychotherapy services, and equine assisted psychotherapy. In addition to individual, couples and family therapy, for those interested, we also offer equine assisted psychotherapy. Our facility is equipped with professional office spaces and a spacious barn full of our wonderful therapy animals! Our expert staff are trained to help children and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment to life changes.

As a mental health counselor, it has always been my privilege to work alongside clients. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the connection that derives our humanity. What does it mean to be a man, and more importantly how does that feel? Together we will unlearn the limiting beliefs that stem from our upbringing and societal narratives, and instead learn how to acknowledge, accept, and deal with the full spectrum of emotions we have. I assist couples dealing with conflicts within their relationship such as trust, communication, infidelity, and the effects of past traumas surfacing.

I believe that therapy is all about unlocking the strength and potential that exists within each of us. As a counselor, my job is to motivate people to stand courageously in the truth of who they are. This principle guides the work I do with children, adults, couples, and families.

Jaime Stepansky (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist. Jaime is grounded in LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming practices and specializes in treating individuals who experience challenges related to their identity, as well as individuals who experience difficulties with emotional regulation, impulse-control, complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD.

Brandy's belief is that spirituality/religion are important elements of many people's lives. Her orientation as a counselor is from an Adlerian perspective where she seeks to understand what a client is striving towards; what motivates them; any misunderstandings and mistaken goals; and assist in moving towards success at life's tasks. Brandy typically focuses on the relationship and psychoeducation and uses encouragement. Her goal is to encourage growth and for clients to understand their power to change; for them to gain awareness through psychoeducation; and for them to be able to apply information and insight to their situation.

I treat a variety of issues such as PTSD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, self-esteem issues, substance use, trauma, and behavioral issues. I strive to help children/teens becoming caring, loving, functional adults with a positive self-image and healthy emotional expression. In my work with adolescents, I help them to achieve life goals, build self-esteem, and healthy peer relationships. For adults with substance use I work with the client to find a path to sobriety by treating the underlying cause, using their inner strengths to support them.

My passion is in helping people navigate their complex lives by providing counseling to individuals, families and conducting group counseling for ages six and above. My creative and non-traditional approach to therapy is used to address issues that impact the individual and the family system.
