I work with individuals suffering from complex trauma, abusive relationships, anxiety, panic, depression, mood disorders, grief & loss to name a few. I enjoy helping couples using Gottman, EFT, and attachment theory. My work is informed by psychodynamic, IFS, & CBT. I'm invested in seeing, hearing, & helping anyone- culture, age, gender, race, ethnicity.
