I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore and express themselves while also processing and learning to cope with life’s challenges. Sometimes, you need help navigating unwanted thoughts, negative beliefs, past traumas, and relationships. You don’t have to do it alone; that’s where I come in. My goal is to help you begin to function at your best level. I work to offer help with tools to solve problems or just to listen. Together, we can collaborate to help you recognize your own strengths, change unhelpful patterns, and develop skills for coping with life’s difficulties.

I am passionate about working with those who feel as if they'll never break free from their past. Those who struggle with and can't seem to escape the same patterns, thoughts, and feelings. Maybe you logically -know- something wasn't your fault, but it still -feels- like it was, or you're tired of not feeling "good enough". I take special care in gently creating a safe space where you can be your authentic self, while honoring your unique journey. I have specialized training and experience working with those impacted by trauma, and guiding them towards healing.

Like war, trauma from adult and childhood abuse, hurt from church and family have left many of us just limping through life. Just because you are use to the pain, it doesn't mean you or your love ones should continue to live with the pain. I am honest and I like to see results. I also like to work with clients that are ready to be honest and put in the work to see their desired results. I primarily see adult women with trauma and couples in need of support! My office has clinicians that see individuals of all ages! I am also a Qualified Supervisor that is passionate about supporting Registered Interns on their licensing journey!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. My main goal is to provide skills and tools that will empower you, or your child, on the journey for change. I believe in instilling hope in my clients to assist them with their personal growth. Providing a comfortable environment, in a safe therapeutic space, that is free from judgment is important to me. I use empathy, acceptance, and active listening to convey support and understanding.
