I work with motivated individuals who care about their personal and professional growth. As a Certified Brainspotter & Brainspotting Consultant, I can help you do deep work FAST! Together, we can work through the biggest internal blocks that are keeping you stuck to help you feel more confident, creative, and expansive.

I offer extended therapy sessions and day-long Brainspotting intensives to individuals who are serious about doing deep work & making progress fast.
