As an integrative therapist, my goal is to create a safe relationship to help you uncover your true potential and understand the negative stories that create barriers for you. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span therapy for depression, anxiety, family support, and beyond. In a supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs.
By applying complementary therapy approaches, we will unearth long-standing patterns or perceptions that may be holding you back. I take an active approach to therapy and draw upon my training in Mindfulness, Relational Life Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamics to facilitate insight into thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationship patterns.
