I am an energetic psychotherapist who is licensed in Massachusetts , Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. I work with children beginning at age 5, all the way up through adulthood. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing issues with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relationship/family concerns.
I aim to provide a comfortable space where children and adults alike can begin to work through issues that may be hindering their abilities to achieve their personal goals.
I utilize an individualized-based approach that incorporates aspects of Brainspotting, ARC , CBT (identifying connections between thoughts, emotions, behaviors), mindfulness (promoting relaxation and awareness), and relational work (improving interpersonal interactions) with warmth and humor.
