I’m a licensed therapist at Sanative Counseling & Wellness Center with openings Monday - Friday (morning/early afternoon). If you're finding thoughts or memories make it hard to get through the day, relationships are complicated or toxic, you're feeling anxious or not good about yourself - I'd love to help. Maybe you feel guilty or not up to the task, or you're pregnant, trying, or recently had a child enter your life. Maybe you don't feel like you can share things with friends or family, and you don't have an outlet. Therapy can be a great place to start to explore how to get to a better frame of mind.

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming and taking that first step can feel little scary. You might not know exactly what you need yet, only that something feels heavy or off, and you’re tired of carrying it alone. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you come in with clear goals or just a feeling you can’t quite put into words.
