Sana means heal and we strive to create a nurturing environment for you to explore your healing. Sana Wellness Center is dedicated to providing holistic and effective mental health services to anyone who seeks to collaboratively address and heal adverse life experiences and current concerns in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Through unconditional acceptance, we will walk with you as you develop insights while respecting your individuality to achieve your goals. In tandem with mental health services, Sana offers Reiki, sound healing, and trauma yoga to help integrate supportive services into your journey.
We have several specialties within the office including EMDR/trauma-focused, Spanish speaking clinician, domestic violence/sexual assault, LGBT affirmative, sex positive, and knowledge to work with individuals in a variety of relationships, whether they are monogamous, polyamorous, BDSM, or kink identified.
We strive to be knowledgeable of all individuals and embrace multicultural dynamics as forums for growth and insight and will be open in exploring themselves to help holistic healing. Therapy is a wonderful and complex journey that allows one to gain perspective and healing and we look forward to joining you on that path.
