My liberation and healing are bound up with yours. I see healing as an ongoing process that we do for ourselves, our communities, our planet, our ancestors, and those who will come after us. A process where we collectively hold space for each other, tend to our wounds, laugh, and strengthen our capacity to survive and thrive. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, anti-racism, and cultural humility, with particular attention to how intergenerational trauma and systems of oppression shape our lives and relationships. We'll explore your whole self — including all the complex, tender, and contradictory parts — at your own pace.
My go-to blend — combining Internal Family Systems' curiosity about inner parts with EMDR's nervous system-level healing — creates space for transformation that goes deeper than talk alone. I integrate this with other modalities and philosophies. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy for clients wanting to go deeper.
Services are available for working with me alone, or working with me and my relational coaching partner. Together we offer a collaboration where trauma-informed psychotherapy meets ecological wisdom, embodied knowing, and a belief that healing happens in relationship — with self, with others, and with the living world.
