Many of my clients come to therapy feeling frustrated, mentally drained, and unsure why “coping harder” hasn’t worked. I’m Sana, clinical therapist and founder of Sukoon Psychotherapy, and I specialize in helping kids, teens, adults, couples, and families work through anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges using evidence-based therapy.
My work is especially helpful for individuals who want practical tools, clarity, and real change and not just a space to vent! My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we identify the patterns that keep you stuck and build skills to respond differently to anxiety, intrusive thoughts, emotional reactivity, and relational stress.
