I specialize in using evidence based practices (cognitive/behavioral), EMDR therapy, and Neurofeedback to treat depression, anxiety disorders (including PTSD), insomnia, stress, headaches/migraines, and ADHD. I have found that integrating neurofeedback with psychotherapy has been an effective tool in helping to regulate neurocognitive processes which clears the path for the brain to heal.
I understand that building a working relationship with a therapist can be daunting and it is a huge investment in both time and money. I offer a free consultation in order to answer any questions you might have. For your convenience, I also offer morning, late afternoon, and evening appointments.
