She guides clients through the often-overwhelming process of reintegration, addressing challenges such as managing symptoms of mood disorders, processing trauma, and establishing effective coping mechanisms. Utilizing evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she tailors treatment to each client’s needs, helping them develop emotional regulation skills and confidence in their recovery journey.
