Are you stagnating in talk therapy? I bring thirty years of experience as a licensed social worker, helping people with many kinds of life problems. In addition to client-centered talk therapy, I incorporate eye movement and imagery to help clients resolve trauma and move beyond barriers to growth. Eye movement helps people when they are "stuck" in talk therapy, rapidly helping people to recover from emotional distress, cycles of rumination, and problematic behaviors.
Do you feel stuck fixation on prior trauma, cycles of depression rumination, obsessive behaviors, or avoidance of "triggers?" These kinds of problems are resistant to change through the prefontal cortex. Eye movement activates a more flexible and creative part of the mid-brain to develop new courses of action and establish lasting pathways to change.
