I offer counseling services to adults with many common mental health challenges, and specialize in treatment of postpartum depression, perinatal/reproductive mental heath issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where patients/clients can explore their feelings, challenges, and aspirations. When I am not doing specialty work, I work with patients/clients on a wider variety of issues relating to anxiety, trauma, and self improvement. My practice is body inclusive and LGBTQIA+ aligned.
I work with many individuals who have many challenges, but my specialty work focuses on perinatal mental health (including pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, fertility, and neonatal loss), obsessive-compulsive disorder, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I use CBT, ERP, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and many other complementary evidence-based modalities.
