My practice focuses on treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Depression, and Substance Use. With any and all presenting concerns, I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment. I have an integrative approach, focusing on research backed treatments that are proven to be effective for symptom improvement. I also deeply value insight oriented discussions of past experiences and relevant interpersonal concerns. I am careful to use these methods in the context of a client centered and welcoming environment which accounts for an individual's particular needs and experiences.
I work with clients aged 5 or older. I see individuals with a wide range of ages and presenting concerns. However, I primarily treat OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I am affirming of people of all backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. In my work I strive to identify the specific factors that foster growth for each individual.
