About
Feeling disconnected, isolated, lonely, or anxious? Does the fear of being judged or rejected, make it difficult to engage with friends, family, and socially in ways you really want to? Having trouble navigating a transition such as graduation, a breakup, a new school, or a move to a new city. You might be trying to figure out how to face feelings you aren't familiar with or used to and things like anxiety, addictions, and issues from our past get in the way of feeling connected and significant. Counseling can help you bravely face those obstacles to help you live feeling more known and connected.
Together we will explore past wounds, words, and messages that have shaped you, make sense of your present, and help you start to live a better future feeling more connected and known. I offer individual counseling to teens and adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem issues, addictions, social anxiety, and emotional exploration.
Don't stay stuck. You aren't meant to be isolated and disconnected. If you're tired of feeling held back by anxiety and feelings of low self-worth and you're ready to take a step toward feeling more connected, known, and significant, then take the brave step to reach out and see how counseling can help you live feeling more connected, significant and known.
