About
As an Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have near 40 years of accumulated knowledge and skills and extensive clinical proficiency, as well as public and private educational teaching experience. I am Bilingual/Bicultural, fluent in Spanish and English. I can assist if you struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addictions, eating disorders and a wide array of life struggles. I also have cross-cultural experience working with Hispanic/Latinos/Latinx and the LGBTQ+ communities, and military veterans.
I am clinically trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and an eclectic mix of other Evidenced-Based psychotherapeutic modalities. My patient population includes pre-teens and teens, adults, elderly, and I will work with individuals, couples, families, first responders, and military veterans.
I will be happy to assist you with whatever you may need. I know life can be a struggle, and often is, so let me help navigate you to a better feeling you and a better life and worldview. Call me today.
