Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but with the right one by your side, true healing can begin. I’m here to make that process feel a little less daunting by offering a collaborative, supportive space where you can show up as you are.
My work centers on older adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss. As a queer clinician, providing identity-affirming care is also central to my practice, particularly for those exploring sexuality and gender, or who face systemic barriers to self-expression and self-actualization.
My approach is strengths-based, relational, and grounded in a person-in-environment perspective, which means I consider you within the greater context of your life, your relationships, and the systems that shape your daily experience. All of my work is rooted in a social justice framework, and a deep belief in every person's inherent dignity and worth.
Connecting with people has always been what drives me. That's why authentic curiosity, empathy, and an open mind are things I bring to every interaction. My education, lived experiences, and professional background all converge in service of one goal: creating a space where you can work toward better understanding yourself and expressing who you truly are.
