As a queer therapist, I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up fully and authentically—honoring your complexities and intersecting identities. My integrative approach draws from DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and IFS. I’m also trained in EMDR and offer trauma reprocessing to help you work through past experiences that impact the present.

My goal is to empower both individuals and couples to navigate their paths with greater self-awareness, resilience, and compassion.
