I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director at Praxis Wellness a group private practice, where clinicians work collaboratively to support mental, physical and spiritual wellness. I work with individuals, couples and families as they navigate the milieu of Real Life! The struggles of transitions; youth-to-adulthood, education, career, relationships, death, birth and more - each can be faced with compassion and pragmatism. As an experienced clinician I can be there to help sort through and develop strategies to address mental, emotional and behavioral issues - challenging and providing counsel.
As a former Marine, with a distinguished 25 year career, I have high expectations of character, behavior, discipline and organization - this is tempered with empathy and understanding of our human frailty. My experience leading and supporting Marines through training, deployments, and career transitions is instrumental in my counseling work today.

"Beyond Anger" ~ Men's Workshop
A five week workshop for current clients to continue in a group format to develop skills and strategies for managing frustration, anger and rage that affects their relationships, careers and health. Workshop is run 3-4 times annually.

Becoming Your Best Self ~ Men's Group.
The challenges for men in today’s society continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Unrealistic societal expectations and increasingly complex personal, familial, and work relationships contribute to the increase in stress-related issues such as anxiety, depression, and social dysfunction among men. The goal of this workshop is to create a semi-structured forum for a select group of men to collaborate and develop effective coping skills to deal with issues such as strained relationships, unregulated emotions, and career challenges.
