I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am enthusiastic and passionate about helping children, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, domestic violence, and male-specific concerns.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from East Carolina University and utilize a range of treatment modalities, including DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
