Whether it's feelings of anxiety, sadness, or grief, we can look at these things together and build a new understanding of who you are, and who you can be.
I will work with you to better understand yourself: how you communicate, what you value, and what your feelings mean. You and I will identify the things you do that move you forward, and what holds you back. I can also help you come to terms with trauma that may be impacting you in ways you have always felt but never fully understood.
