I have some limited openings and I am only accepting clients for OCD-related concerns and Tourette’s/Tic Disorders at this time. If you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, phobias, or social anxieties, I would be talk over the phone or sit down for a consultation to see if treatment with me may be helpful. I have worked with a variety of concerns in the past, but have limited my practice to OCD-related disorders and Tourette’s/Tic Disorders due to limited treatment availability in the area.
The primary treatment I use for OCD and related concerns is Exposure and Ritual Prevention (ERP), which is the most researched method of treating OCD and has seen the most success in treatment so far, and I use some aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well. I use Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for Tourette’s/Tics.
