Have you been struggling with ongoing anxiety and ruminations despite attending therapy? You may be dealing with OCD. While some OCD treatment is effective for anxiety, many anxiety treatments do not work for OCD and may make it worse. Some areas still lack enough qualified therapists to correctly identify and treat OCD. Most of my clients have OCD. Most people with OCD have another diagnosis as well, whether anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, tics, or sorting out OCD from other neurodiversity, including Autism. I have specific experience in each of these areas, which means I may be able to help you clarify your treatment approach.

For years, I have sought training from reputable and validated methods, while also learning about emerging treatments. In treatment, we'll determine what challenges you face and where would be the most helpful place to start treatment. I try to help each client learn effective skills so they can help themselves through whatever comes next.

I'm happy to talk with you over the phone for a few mintues, or we can schedule a free session-length consultation to talk in more detail about the treatment and what to expect.
