My training and expertise, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, is shaped and molded by my academic and seminary education. I feel that I am uniquely qualified to address the spiritual, cultural, emotional and mental challenges of my clients.
I take a Rogerian approach to counseling by incorporating the idea that a client has the capacity within themselves to resolve their challenge and I work to facilitate the process. I utilize a sense of humor to assist client to feel at ease in session which allows them to fully participate in a safe space.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Ordained Minister I feel that I am uniquely qualified to address the spiritual, emotional and mental aspects of a person’s presenting problem. I view all clients as singularly unique in their needs as we enter into a safe space to help them move along their process of change.
