I also specialize in working with young adults navigating big transitions and life decisions. I help you find clarity, confidence, and authentic direction. Most people walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more in flow with their work and their life.

I’m not only a therapist but also a creative. With over 15+ years in the music industry, I founded Connection is Magic, a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting artists facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, isolation, procrastination, and the unique challenges of creative life.
