I believe that we all have the power to move from a place of struggle to strength. Life presents us all with challenges and struggles. Yet, in the face of turmoil we tend to withdraw or give in. Strength lies in our ability to look inward, especially in the worst phases of our lives. I specialize in working with trauma, depression, first responders, and victims of trauma. I will support any client in navigating the struggles of the mind; and using my own resiliency beliefs and empathic understanding, we will navigate your strengths together to find your internal ability to overcome.
I specialize in evoking resiliency, mind and body safety, and building emotional agility. I am motivated to support those affected by universal feelings of pain and loss. I believe in the use of creation and empowerment to foster healing and build self resiliency. I believe that our pain can give us purpose.
I incorporate the existential view that I am journeying alongside my clients in a path to wholeness. I am an adventurer at heart. I love to explore, trail run, travel, and am inspired by motivational experiences, and the challenging of my personal limits. My personal journey through healing reflects these experiences of loss, triumph and growth.
