Starting your therapeutic process is a brave endeavor and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you. In using a variety of treatment methods, I see teens, adults and couples to support you in your process of awareness and change. Some of my specialty areas include: Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem and Trauma.
I recognize that everyone is unique and we all have our own stories & ways of being. My approach is humanistic, experiential, and mind/body-centered. This helps to get us out of our negative thinking patterns and into greater self awareness. I love practicing EMDR and Gestalt Therapies. I look forward to meeting you!
