All of us have a story– and we all tell stories. I believe that the stories we tell about ourselves and others hold a heavy hand in our quality of life and the way that we view the world around us. I am passionate about counseling because I yearn to create space where others feel safe to explore and discover their authentic self– to feel heard, seen, and known. Throughout our sessions, I will create space for every part of you and will help you to discover and re-write the stories that no longer serve you. Together, we will collaborate to design a plan that is tailored specifically to support your individual needs and goals.
I work with adult individuals who are experiencing difficult life transitions, spiritual deconstruction and or harmful religious experiences. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches that aim to help clients process through traumatic experiences that have led to limiting beliefs and unwanted patterns such as parts work, embodiment and Somatic EMDR.
We are designed with an intuitive capability to know ourselves and what we need in order to create the life we know we were meant to lead. However, we often lose sight of our internal guides as life becomes more challenging. As your therapist, I will help you awaken to and align with your authentic Self and reconnect with the voice of your own inner wisdom.
