Your story matters. Peoples’ stories can get messy and I am not afraid to sit in that mess with my clients. I use Narrative Therapy to help clients see the power of their own story and allow me into that narrative so that together we can redefine the messier or more broken parts. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients pinpoint what they value most about their story and work toward acceptance and commitment in taking action steps toward their goals.

I am passionate about helping my clients recover from their Eating Disorders. I have experience in working with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). I use Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive eating approaches to help my clients discover their healthiest selves.

It is very important to me that the therapist-client relationship is collaborative and based in trust. I do this by taking on a non-judgmental therapeutic approach alongside the use of evidence-based modalities to encourage trauma-informed care for my clients.
