As someone who has struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, LGBTQA+ issues, people pleasing, life transitions and has sat on the other side of a therapy session, I understand how hard it can be to reach out to someone for help when we're in a tough time. My hope is that I can be a safe space for you to understand what you're going through and help find helpful ways to cope to become your most authentic self.
I am a Limited License Social Worker providing individual client-focused and trauma-informed mental health therapy. I use a holistic and eclectic approach to build a collaborative and supportive environment for my clients. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
