Hey there! Our emotional pain can often feel paralyzing. This type of pain is one that people can’t often see, or worse, is often misunderstood. You don't need to experience those painful emotions alone. It can consume us if we let it. I mostly work with teenagers, but I also support adults, couples, and families in building resilience, strengthening connections, and building a life worth living. This life can feel lonely and difficult. In therapy, finding purpose, trust, and inner safety is possible. Connection helps heal us. Therapy provides the safety and clarity needed to build ourselves back up again. 
With an integrative approach, I help empower your inner wisdom. Using humor and humility to remove the pressure that can keep us stuck. We’ll build practical skills to manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and improve relationships. Together, we’ll create meaningful goals and plans, so you feel understood, less alone, and motivated to experience life.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. I know what this feeling is like, and I won’t downplay how hard it can be.
